Requirements

The Role:
The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in driving revenue within our North America business by supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Growth, this position involves supporting new client efforts, conducting market research, and assisting with lead generation and follow-up. The associate will also develop and manage content for various marketing channels, coordinate and execute campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• New Business Engagement and Support: Assist in managing the new business process by responding to inquiries, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Assist the team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up, contributing to the achievement of increased revenue.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, helping to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and client services, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of marketing agency experience in a marketing or sales related role
• Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) software
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
• Strong ability to make things happen; collaborate and bring ideas to the table
• Excellent people management skills
• Outstanding customer service skills

Salary range for San Francisco candidates: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE & professional certifications.
