Job Description
- This position will lead our customer collaboration and supply and demand management team in SSD BU. The position requires a strong knowledge of SSD manufacturing/operations lead times, SOI, 3POI and direct business models, business strategy, our customer / partner landscape, and policies. The candidate will need to be strategically adept, operationally sound, detail-oriented, and creative and make decisions in both an inter-dependent manner and independently where needed in the best interest of the larger organization. You will work closely with senior leaders and drive strategies, process improvement, and play an active role in hiring and retention.
- Lead and direct planning professionals who drive customer collaboration and demand and supply planning.
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive consensus demand and supply planning process and delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast ahead of our production lead time; ensuring gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
- Present a comprehensive revenue projection with risks and opportunities assessment and executing to those targets, and communicating and explaining variances.
- Partner with KIOXIA headquarters to ensure continuity of supply to meet the demand plans and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional processes to support business requirements.
- Drive process improvements to deliver world class operations to maximize customer satisfaction.
- This position will provide assistance and coordination to drive business decision-making processes and ensure successful execution of SSD BU’s strategic business objectives.
- Act as liaison with other groups, facilitating collaboration and cultivating influence across these organizations.
- Plan and deliver executive communications across global audiences, ensuring preparation for all engagements.
Qualifications
- BA/BS – Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 20 years of experience in business operations and supply/demand planning in semiconductor or similar industry; 15 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Demonstrated success defining and implementing new-state strategies and programs.
- Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving senior-level cross-functional operational planning and business reviews that are effective in managing execution to plans.
- Ability to connect the dots across teams, insights, and initiatives.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and execution plans where there were none while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Senior leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and leading change at scale.
- Effective interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing across functional/geographic boundaries; Demonstrated success in building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to influence executive level decision-making.

The expected salary for this position is $206,628 - $351,290
