Private Events Manager

Description

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch are looking for a Private Events Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute exclusive and upscale events around the property. The role demands a dynamic, detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex and high-profile events such as wine dinners, member company events, weddings, golf tournaments, galas, as well as seasonally themed events. 

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is the core amenity to one of the most successful master planned communities in Texas, Cordillera Ranch. This 9,100+ acre oasis in the Texas Hill Country is a unique facility in every right. The family atmosphere established by the members and ownership creates a laid-back culture whilst upholding the standard expectations of a high-end facility. 

Responsibilities:

• Event Management Excellence: Oversee all aspects of event planning from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for members and guests.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external partners to secure entertainment, decorations, and necessary equipment, ensuring all elements align with the event’s objectives.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, ensure timely payments, and oversee financial transactions related to event planning.
• Onsite Leadership: Provide hands-on support during events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring high standards and member satisfaction.

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• Upscale Club Environment
• Catering and Event Planning
• Point of Sale and MS Office Literacy
• Managerial Experience
