Clinic Phlebotomist I

Work Schedule:

80% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00am-1630pm one Saturday a month, Day Shift. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic 1700 Henry Luckow Ln

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• CPR Required
