JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS
- End-to-end administration of HR documentation, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR documents throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Maintenance and regular updating of employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on data accuracy and timeliness
- Processing of employee changes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees by answering questions related to benefits, company policies, and HR processes, and escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Active participation in international HR projects, with communication in English
- Close cooperation with a team of experienced HR specialists
- Regular preparation of data reports and analyses
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and Czech labor legislation
YOUR PROFILE
- Secondary or university education in economics, humanities, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration or a similar role; experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- English at a communicative level (minimum B2) for collaboration with international colleagues, Czech language required
- Independent, detail-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience with HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
