Inside Sales - Italy

Description

We are looking for Inside Sales to add to our Genoa Sales Team

Key tasks and responsibilities:

● Schedule, research and prepare material for Outside Sales for customer meetings/ZIM Compass

● Prepare quotations (request rates from other ZIM departments/agencies as needed).

● Enter updated customers data from Outside Sales and other sources into ZRM system.

● Forward client complaints/correctors and follow-up the resolution of these.

● Solve ad-hoc customers’ problems.

● "Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer service center or other

departments within ZIM."

● Track customer performance of the accounts portfolio.

● Update account plans/profiles according to Outside Sales input.

● Undergo the required training according to the training program.

● Populate KPI template for Outside Sales on a weekly basis to enable performance tracking.

● Ensure data accuracy of ZRM or other related systems for cargo shipped by controlled customers.

● Completed apprenticeship in shipping or forwarding

● Outgoing personality

● Geographical knowledge

● Teamplayer

● Ability to work under pressure

● Willingness to work in an open-plan office

● Languages: English (Scale 1 – 7)*: 5

● MS Office: word, excel (Scale 1 – 7)*: 4
