Job Requirement
- Requires deep and broad technical understanding of the electrical discipline, and clear appreciation and of the electrical support and development requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong overall business acumen to assure alignment of electrical product and program pursuit and delivery supportive of business objectives.

Role & Responsibility
Responsible for overall leadership of a group engaged in the generation and maintenance of all electrical systems associated with the support, manufacture and operation the fuel cell powerplants. The position is responsible for leading the development of electrical architecture, performance of various trade studies, and development and delivery of electrical design and systems integration activities under Doosan’s proprietary technology. May lead or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaboration with equipment designers and hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of electrical components and systems. Has responsibility for entire systems, projects and programs, and is accountable for budget, staffing, and operational results.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proficiency with codes and standards for fuel cells and other products.
- Strong strategic and tactical leadership skills.
- Robust, advanced technical electrical discipline data, process and systems expertise.
- Ability to carry a product design from conception to production.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Results driven.
- Teamwork focused.
- Strong computer/systems skills.
- Familiarity with modern design process and tools (Altuim, Protel, Orcad, Xilinx, etc.)
- Hands-on hardware design experience with analog and digital design solutions.
- Clear and compelling oral and written communications.
- Ability and experience understanding and executing to meet customer requirements.
- Ability and experience working with a diverse group of technical and business-focused individuals and groups, occasionally on a global basis.
- Experience in project planning and execution.
Education
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience.
- MA/MS degree with 7+ years of experience.
- PhD degree with 4+ years of experience.
