The work:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for scoping and delivering large technical projects end-to-end. You will:
- Drive project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch
- Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts across internal and external teams to develop new solutions and better customer experiences
- Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives and ensure teams are focused on the right tasks to get the job done
- You should have strong client facing experience, ability to dive deep, and deliver results
- An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a timely manner
- Manage cross-team and cross-organization delivery of long-term customer-facing programs
- Work with multiple technical teams (Developers, DevOps, etc) to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks, providing escalation to management
- Meet with internal and external customers to understand future requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones
Here's what you need:
- Experience managing multi-discipline, highly technical project initiatives; will have a well-rounded technical background in software development
- Hands on Technical Project Manager, experienced in working directly with multiple technical/development teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Bachelors Degree required
- Must be a US Citizen
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $111,400 - $213,600
Colorado: $111,400 - $184,300
New York: $103,200 - $213,600
Washington: $118,700 - $196,400
