Summary
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to help discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. This role has a direct impact on our company’s growth and will be responsible for recruiting core bakery positions.
Position requires an incumbent who is a great communicator as well as being persuasive, resourceful, and creative. Position requires an incumbent who needs little supervision and has the ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Consult with hiring manager and human resources business partner to develop job postings and profiles of ideal candidates for each position
• Create requisition and validate compensation structure for job postings
• Source candidates using all available tools and a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, stay abreast of best practices in this area
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, performing preliminary telephone screenings and assess candidates’ qualifications
• Conduct reference checks, manage offer approval process, extend job offers to candidates and ensure all employees are hired in accordance to company and industry standards
• Manage candidates using Success Factors applicant tracking system
• Must be able to work independently in a high volume fast paced environment
• Participate in the onboarding process as necessary until we are fully staffed
• Be able and willing to get out in the community when time permits to share about the company.
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
Desired Experience
Desired Experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience for a high-volume organization required.
• Agency or executive search firm strongly preferred.
The recruiter must possess the following functional skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to network and establish professional relationships
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications
• Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
Desired Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
