Job Description
What is the Lab?
The Lab is an accelerant at the center of the Groupe. Made up of audience strategists, data scientists, and analytics practitioners, The Lab will partner with Groupe leaders to win or retain strategic accounts.
When we win, The Lab outlines the Agency’s scope, team resource model, and client deliverables that will realize the pitch vision. All revenue is recognized through the Agency or Power of One account.
The ideal candidate is a skilled, strategic operator, adept at driving initiative progress through matrixed organizations via thoughtful program and stakeholder orchestration, within the three team pillars:
1. Data | Real Identity, Meaningful Enrichment, Actionable Use Cases
2. Platform | Industry-leading Technology, Exclusive Inventory Opportunities, Outcomes-Based Decisioning
3. Solutions | Innovative Perspective, Sharp Capabilities, Amplified Expertise, Distributed Analytics
Responsibilities in Detail:
• Partner with The Lab Leadership to translate The Lab annual strategic focus into OKRs and success metrics.
• Partner with EVP, Strategic Operations to build the operational framework and systems for program management for the Lab, to ensure OKRs and success measures are met.
• Lead on program management activities for The Lab. Translate recurring activities into Lab practice excellence.
• Partner with The Lab leadership – Growth, Data, Platform – to bring organization to our partnership discussion, driving progress against JDPs / JBPs
• Partner with cross-functional teams – The Lab Business Development, Marketing, and Groupe Product Marketing – to ensure value proposition, capability excellence and case studies are merchandised and socialized.
• Maintains progress tracking, dashboards, and information systems, sets quality and performance standards, assesses and manages project/program risk.

Candidates stand out when they:
• Express expertise around digital transformation and the wider Martech and Adtech ecosystem
• Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e., news events, trends, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to build concise narratives, thoughtful when adapting message to audience
• Possess excellent judgment while working on high-priority, confidential initiatives
• Have experience working with co-located and virtual teams
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have/be:
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Strategy-related discipline
• 7-9 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations
• Experience working with and establishing credibility with senior leaders and management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market and project management challenges
