As an IT Business Analyst Supervisor, you will:
• Analyze and Report on Performance: Regularly analyze call center data and generate reports to provide insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a Positive Work Environment: Create a supportive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
• Optimize Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources to handle peak call volumes, ensuring that the call center can meet demand without compromising service quality.
Hiring rate will increase July 1, 2024 to $30.450 per hour - Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dress Attire: Business Casual
Office Location: Statewide depending on office space availability
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in leading or supervising employees engaged in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process solutions for large-scale business system applications. OR Experience in coordinating business process projects through the facilitation of others for large-scale business system applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have:
A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field like business administration or human resources.
Experience in employee management, operations, and human resources.
Be proficient in staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Additionally, communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are also highly desired for this role.
Supervisory experience.
Customer Service Center experience.
A high level of analyzing Data.
Experience in Workforce Management.
