Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communications within the company and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional administrative duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within logistics or trucking.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position with flexible hours from Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional requirements for additional hours during peak periods.
