Your responsibilities:

 

• The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex IT projects with a focus on financial applications and systems integration, migration, and optimization.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects mostly related to financial applications and systems.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocatio
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Oversee the integration of financial applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
• Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation, to ensure accurate and secure data transfer.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within financial applications and systems.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, and change management records.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.

 

Our requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on financial applications and systems integration and migration.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of financial applications and systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Knowledge about project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• This position may require occasional travel to various business locations.
