Technical presales engineer/ Tech manager

We are looking for enthusiastic Technical presales engineer/ Tech manager to help us support the company’s growth in the areas of Big Data, Analytics and AI, in both public and private sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting customer needs analysis, designing tailored technical solutions, creating proposals and presenting demos that meet client requirements and align with their business objectives.
• Developing clear, persuasive, and detailed technical proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and implementation strategies.
• Supporting business development and opportunities with related material.
• Actively participating in and preparing comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crafting tailored solutions in both Greek and English.
• Overseeing the Technical Project Delivery (once projects are secured), participating in technical writing and deliverables, delegating the technical implementation, managing project milestones and ensuring client alignment.
• Tracking performance metrics, monitoring progress, and reporting results to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Μaster’s degree or PhD in the aforementioned areas is preferred.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in technical presales or technical project management roles within analytics, big data, AI/ML or related technology environments
• Track record of managing complex client engagements from presales through project delivery.
• Solid understanding of Data/AI technology, concepts and associated tools, frameworks and solution components (Big Data, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, AI & ML-OPs procedures and pipelines, Advanced analytics etc.)
• Hands-on experience on the areas above is also highly desired
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and also DevOps tools and good practices.
• Experience in technical proposal creation and hands-on technical project management.
