Senior Financial Analyst (Physician Compensation)

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule. 

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) collaborates with department leaders to ensure accurate and timely administration of physician compensation plans. The SFA oversees all aspects of physician compensation for various divisions within the IU Health Medical Group. Key responsibilities include creating and analyzing monthly compensation reports, periodically reconciling productivity excess, and processing additional compensation such as call pay.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
•Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
