Warehouse Technician - Packing Induction

Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As a Warehouse Technician (Packing Induction) at The RealReal, you will play a key part in driving business operations forward by shipping and fulfilling product orders from our luxury ecommerce distribution facility. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
• Set up and operate a carton machine to produce cartons to specification; control and monitor the material flow
• Shuttle parts, raw materials, and finished packaging as required
• Assist with verifying dimensions and inspect parts for quality and fit with print
• Assist with maintenance and calibration of machines
• Coordinate work with operations before and after them in the process chain
• Quantity of cartons to be produced each day will vary. Must be flexible and willing to work in other areas and job duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work Sunday- Wednesday from 7am - 5:30pm
• 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
• Excellent attendance
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Adaptability and openness to change
• Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 49 pounds and operate a pallet jack
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time

Preferred Requirements:

• Ability to read and write in English 
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite, and scanner technology

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
