Position Summary
Providing nursing services for Partial Hospitalization Program clients including:

• Providing support to Nurse Practitioner
• Vitals
• Nursing Assessment
• Suicide Risk Assessment
• Medication Coordination with Pharmacies
• Coordination of Care with Medical Providers
• Education Groups

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

EXPERIENCE: Two years as Registered Nurse with one-year acute psychiatric experience preferred.
