Ecolab is seeking a Production Shift Lead to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Production Shift Lead, you'll work with departmental leaders to develop and implement actions to meet plant goals and deliverables while coordinating processes, equipment, and people to maintain the continuous flow of products and services.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Plan, initiate, and assist with training of operators. Assist in cross-training workforce on standard procedures.
• Provide direction and issue work assignments for other team members
• Identify safety hazards through safety audits and initiatives. Recommend corrective actions
• Ensure team is meeting all safety, productivity, and quality goals
• Ensure constant communication with management on daily activities and challenges
• Ensure all personnel on the shift are performing required transactions completely and accurately
• Troubleshoot process problems and develop improvements
• Assume responsibility for shift in supervisor’s absence
• Ensure all documentation is complete
• Assist in preventative maintenance and repairs of system operations
• Assist in manufacturing schedule optimization and updates for shift change
• Lead and actively participate in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, and special projects
• Ensure completion and integrity of all documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details
• Plant location: Greensboro, NC
• Work week and shift: 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a production plant
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Physical Requirements of Position
This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
