What you need…

Ortho PT:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure

Orthopelvic PT:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Experience / Rotations treating outpatient orthopedics
• Experience / Rotations treating Pelvic Health conditions
• H&W Level 1 Pelvic course completed as preference, but NOT required.

Our Murfreesboro South team currently consists of 2 PTs and 1 PTA, and we are looking for a full-time ortho and an orthopelvic health PT who will be adaptable team players to join our thriving clinic. As an ortho clinician with us, your will be able to positively impact the lives of members of our community dealing with general orthopedic conditions, but also those looking to achieve maximum functionality while enjoying retirement. Close proximity to the local schools provides ample opportunities to flex your sports rehab skills with the steady flow of after school athletes.

Looking to come onboard as an orthopelvic therapist? A 50/50 caseload split is sure to keep you challenged and engaged. The clinic is outfitted to provide thoughtful treatment interventions with a fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for additional privacy as needed for our patients. 

Education and growth are top priority at Upstream. As part of our commitment to developing passionate, skilled, and inclusive, evidence-based clinicians that demonstrate the highest form of professionalism, we have developed an 18-month Pelvic Health Development Program to provide support and resources for our clinicians to reach their full potential as a clinical specialist in the field of pelvic health. Program content is designed to help develop expertise in clinical reasoning, recognizing implicit biases, improving inclusive practice, focusing on external/internal pelvic health assessment for all pelvises, as well as improving manual therapy skills and pain science.

Mon - Thurs: 7am-6pm

Friday: 7am-4pm
