What you will do

We are looking for an operationally savvy and dynamic leader to help manage and grow our Boston office location. This person is a jack of all trades, who will have a hand in a variety of efforts and projects. You will help create systems and processes to streamline our U.S. operational needs and will report directly to the VP of Business Operations. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Boston office and be the primary point of contact for facilities needs.

  • Manage vendors and service provider relationships and outputs where they contribute to business operations outcomes.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure members of the office have what they need to execute their mission.

  • Coordinate and manage customer VIP visits.

  • Assist in recruiting efforts and candidate onsite experience.

  • Plan and execute in-house or off-site team activities.

  • Assist in people-related projects like new hire onboarding and employee experience.

  • Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable all team members to spend their time on what they do best.

What we value

  • A bias for action and a distinct aptitude for problem-solving.

  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our customers informed.

  • Experience in facilities management.

  • Operational expertise and an ability to own outcomes to completion.

  • Familiarity or willingness to work on DoD-specific work.

  • Recent or current U.S. Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security clearance.

How we hire

We look at the interview process not as a screening or test, but rather as an opportunity to simulate what it would look like working together. We build the interview process around you.
