HR & Operations Manager/Executive

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a passionate, resourceful and creative HR & Operations Manager/Executive to accelerate our upcoming growth.

As a HR & Operations Manager/Executive, you will be exposed to various HR functions which includes recruitment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc. This is a remote role where you will be operating from your location, aligning your working hours with the Singapore calendar and time zone and reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Your responsibilities include:

Recruitment

• Assist is preparing job descriptions and candidate assessments together with hiring manager
• Provide recruitment support which includes candidate research, interview arrangement and job posting related activities
• Partner with department manager and assist them on daily recruitment activities
• Participate in interview with department manager to enhance learning
• Collect feedbacks from candidate to further understand candidate experience
• Conduct market research to understand the industry practices and provide input for continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in company recruiting or branding activities

Operations / Administrations

• Assist in operational activities which include preparation of employment contract, employment pass application, new joiner onboarding, staff training activities, etc.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the inventory management of operational assets, such as IT equipment and implement an assets tracking system to ensure accurate records and efficient utilisation of resources.
• Assist in preparation and processing of payroll for employees and address payroll related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Some other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

• Conduct market research to understand training needs of employees
• Participate in reviewing and establishing training needs analysis for the company
• Organising team building activities and events to foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.

What do you need to have ?

• Minimum 2 years of working experience with interest and passion in the HR profession
• Candidate with interest and skill in art work design or analytics is an advantage
• Must be meticulous with attention to detail
