Landside Operations Execution includes roles that manage and operate landside transport modalities, such as truck or rail transport of cargo/containers.
Professional stream includes those who are individual contributors with main emphasis on applying technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people to achieve results – although coaching/mentoring less experienced staff, informal supervisory responsibilities, or overseeing work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program are common.

Job Description

• Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion. Performs Shipping Operations related tasks assigned in the respective subprocess
• Achieves expected productivity, timelines and quality targets and controls errors.
• Has responsibility for prompt and effective response to emails.
• Identifies process gaps, cost leakages, cost avoidance/saving ideas and
• suggestions on process improvements.
• Attends process training/refresher to have required skillsets to carry
• out tasks in an error-free manner.
• Participates in team meetings.

Pay Range:             

$65,100 - $80, 000 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
