You’ll contribute to shaping the design culture and process from the ground up and get to drive big and meaningful design problems. As part of the team your goals will be to help create high customer satisfaction and retention through the creation of industry leading intelligent protection experiences. </p> <p>Your work will have a large impact on shaping the experience people have as they use Aura to protect themselves and their families. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional team with deep expertise in Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Analytics.</p> <h3><strong>Day to Day:</strong></h3> <p>•    Actively practice and evangelize the customer-centric thinking.<br/>•    Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution.<br/>•    Craft contextual experiences across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand experience.<br/>•    Evolve the product experience and design system to new levels of accessibility, usability, and beauty.<br/>•    Build the relationship and collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams.<br/>•    Deeply understand the user needs and the business goals and be able to balance them.<br/>•    Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.<br/>•    Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.<br/>•    Deliver the high-fidelity assets and specs ready for the development cross-platform.<br/>•    Conduct user research utilizing industry accepted methodologies: user interviews, contextual inquiry, focus groups, heuristic evaluation, surveys, and competitive analysis, to understand users’ needs and expectations.<br/>•    Synthesizing research findings and creating product recommendations.</p> <h3><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></h3> <p>•    Strong portfolio showcasing the problem solving skills and high design caliber; you must provide a link to your portfolio (and password if applicable) to be considered for this role.<br/>•    Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant direct to consumer industry.<br/>•    Fluency in the latest product design trends, tools and technology cross platform.</p> <h3><strong>It would be great if you also had:</strong></h3> <p>•    Prior design experience in financial, privacy, or security industries are a plus but not required.<br/>•    Motion design skills are a plus.</p><p>Aura is proud to be an equal employment workplace.
