Vernon DC Full-Time On-Site, Flexible to work various shifts as needed

Our Warehouse Supervisor possesses excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing Leads and the production, quality, and safety of our Outbound and Inbound Departments. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Lead and motivate 50+ reports ensuring all orders, returns, and receipts are fulfilled within SLA 
• Hourly tracking and reporting of department KPIs to ensure the highest level of production
• Monitor associates’ attendance, behavior, and metrics. Providing coaching according to Refs policies and procedures
• Review backlogs and incoming volumes to create floor plans for department labor
• Provide detailed end-of-shift reporting bridging any missed production goals
• Stress and instill the importance of quality within the Distribution Center. Monitor SOP compliance by performing department audits and documenting findings
• Partner with the Director to seek operational improvements. Design and implement new warehouse management tools and processes to improve productivity and accuracy
• Partner with the People team and staffing agencies to recruit and develop team members
• Uphold and support all OSHA regulations and safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
• Understand and be able to learn industry-specific technology

What You’ll Need: 

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• High School Diploma, or equivalent 
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, fulfillment environment required
• Flexible, punctual, and reliable. Able to work 10-hour shifts and weekends
• Knowledge of Lean, JIT, and 5S principles a plus
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to merge and analyze information is a must
