Purpose
Assist Office of Admissions Administrative Associate with processing MSSW and PhD applications, email correspondence, electronic communications, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, Manage Filemaker database, sending electronic correspondence to prospective and admitted students.
Coordinate with the administrative associate to process applications for admission.
Required Qualifications
High school graduation or GED. Three years of clerical experience, including one year of experience at the Senior Office Assistant level. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail. Previous work experience in student services. Experience with data entry and high attention to detail. Experience working with Filemaker Pro is a plus.

Hourly Rate
$19.00

The work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The temp will likely work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 4 pm, and either Monday or Wednesday 8 am to 12 pm.
