Compensation: $35-40/hour based on experience

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a smoke free environment
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis A/B, COVID-19, and annual influenza), subject to applicable legal accommodations

Proposed Schedule: 2-4 days per week between Mon-Thurs, with a Mon or Tues required.

We are a busy, down-to-earth family of four with two young children (ages five and two-and-a-half), two large dogs, and one senior cat. Both parents work in demanding professional careers, and our home is supported by a full-time nanny and a weekly house cleaner. Household Management & Organization

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Daily reset, light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuuming), and prepping the home before the Friday house cleaner arrives
• Organizational projects: closets, towels, gear, toys
• Seasonal swaps: clothing and holiday décor
• Donation drop-offs and errands (UPS, FedEx, dry cleaning)
• Event and holiday hosting support
• Packing/unpacking for adult travel
• Maintenance systems: changing batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, furnace filters, refilling soap dispensers, etc.
• Occasional fridge cleanouts
• Entryway and mudroom clutter management
• Cleaning humidifiers and air purifiers
