The Sr. Manager, Physical Security is a critical leader, spearheading the protection of our facilities, executives, and the sensitive information we handle.   Things You’ll Do
  • technologies (access control, biometrics, video analytics) to enhance security posture and streamline operations.
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing threat assessments, develop proactive risk mitigation strategies, and oversee physical security assessments for executive residences.
  • Crisis Management Leadership: Lead crisis management planning, develop scenario-based simulations, and oversee crisis response efforts to protect personnel and assets.
  • Guard Operations Enhancement: Optimize guard operations through technology adoption, champion best practices, and collaborate with law enforcement during major security incidents.
  • Investigative Excellence: Oversee investigations of security incidents, collaborate with external agencies, and champion the development of advanced investigative techniques.
  • Champion Change: Lead change initiatives related to physical security, guide teams through transitions, and proactively address potential resistance.
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in physical security leadership roles, ideally in a tech-forward or dynamic environment, with a track record of driving innovation and managing complex security programs.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of physical security technologies, access control systems, surveillance techniques, and threat detection methodologies.
  • Crisis Management Acumen: Experience in crisis preparedness, incident response, and business continuity planning.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex threats, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and influence company-wide security policies.
  • Change Leader: Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of security awareness.
