● You are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in closing six-figure philanthropic gifts or agency contracts.
● You excel at cultivating and managing relationships with high-level donors, corporate sponsors, and/or foundations.
● You are a gifted storyteller, capable of conveying the mission and impact of the Foundation in a way that resonates emotionally with stakeholders, inspiring them to take action.
● You have a successful track record of managing a portfolio of partners and ability to implement strategy and infrastructure.
● You have extensive experience designing and executing fundraising and/or client strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term impact.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, no two days will be the same. On any given day, you might:

• Collaborate with the President and senior leadership to align fundraising strategies with the Foundation’s broader goals.
• Lead meetings with potential and existing partners, crafting compelling pitches and presentations to secure funding for new initiatives.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective funders, ensuring a steady stream of support for key programs.
• Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to amplify the Foundation’s impact and enhance donor engagement.
• Analyze fundraising data and metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report progress to the President and the board.
• Attend high-level networking events or conferences, representing the Tory Burch Foundation to key stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations and grant proposals.

To Land This Role:

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or a similar field, with a proven ability to secure revenue and build long-term funder relationships.
• You possess a deep understanding of philanthropy and corporate giving, with the ability to create and execute strategies that drive results.
• You have a track record of successfully working with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• You have previous experience managing a reporting system related to tracking all stages of business development, previous experience with a CRM system is strongly preferred.
