Overview
Supports transportation operations of assigned distribution center in the training and coaching of Driver and Delivery Assistant personnel. Responsible for ensuring safe, legal, cost efficient and on-time delivery of freight to member stores.
Location: Westampton, NJ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, must be flexible
Compensation: $90K to $100K with bonus potential. Paid weekly

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a transportation-related role
- Strong understanding of the Federal Motor Carrier Rules and Regulations.
- Knowledge of related OSHA standards and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- SAP experience preferred.
- TMS
- Payroll
- Electronic log
- On Board Computer System Experience required.
- Prior experience with routing software. Appian preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-mak
