So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Everpure is seeking a <strong>Sales Director</strong> to accelerate the growth of the <strong>Portworx platform</strong> across our most Strategic accounts. Partnering closely with the US AVP of Sales, you’ll design and execute a multi-year strategy to expand market adoption, develop our go-to-market approach, and scale a high-performing software sales organisation.</p> <p>This is a <strong>high-impact leadership role</strong> responsible for leading the Portworx Strategics sales team, working cross-functionally across Pure and Portworx to drive consistent growth and operational excellence. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - leading with data, customer impact, and clarity of goals.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and lead strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for Portworx across <strong>the United States and partnering globally with our EMEA and APJ counterparts</strong>, aligned with multi-year business objectives.</li> <li>Build, coach, and empower a <strong>diverse and inclusive sales team</strong> focused on sustainable, scalable success.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to build a thriving <strong>customer ecosystem</strong> that drives advocacy and engagement.</li> <li>Lead a rigorous, value-based sales process optimised for SaaS and cloud-native software solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate across Everpure and Portworx to ensure <strong>strategic alignment</strong> and transparent communication with key stakeholders.</li> <li>Engage directly with customers, partners, and routes to market to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Participate in and drive leadership </strong>in sales meetings, customer & part
