This role involves working on complex AI/ML projects for both internal initiatives and client engagements, requiring deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the life science domain.</span></p><p><strong><span lang="EN-IN">The Opportunity</span></strong></p><p><strong><span lang="EN-IN"> </span></strong></p><ul><li><span lang="EN-IN">Involvement in building out the AI practice with a focus on the life science industry internally and with our clients throughout the industry</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI/ML solutions tailored for the life science industry</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Drive client engagements by providing deep technical expertise in AI/ML, contributing to areas such as AI Readiness Assessment, Data Strategy, Solution Design and Prototyping, and Implementation</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines and systems in various environments, potentially including cloud platforms</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">AI Implementation and Integration</span><span lang="EN-IN"> </span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Lead Knowledge Transfer and Capability building efforts for both internal teams and clients</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the AI team.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Collaborate closely with consultants and clients to translate complex business problems into technical AI/ML solutions</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Building Industry-Specific AI Use Case Development </span></li></ul><p><strong><span lang="EN-IN">Your Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li><span lang="EN-IN">Experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably within the life science or a similarly regulated industry.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Proven deep understanding and expertise in fundamental AI/ML concepts and a strong track record of applying them to solve real-world problems.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Understanding of the Life Science industry, including data types, processes, and regulatory considerations.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Expertise in the SAP AI domain is highly desirable.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and architectural skills.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and potentially mentor teams.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Proactive attitude and a strong value for collaboration and teamwork.</span></li><li><span lang="EN-IN">Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.</span></li></ul><p><span lang="EN-IN"> </span></p><p><strong><span lang="EN-IN">Why Tenthpin</span></strong></p><p><span lang="EN-IN">Tenthpin is a Global Management Consulting Firm operating in 8 countries (Switzerland, Germany, US, UK, Portugal, Poland, Japan and India) with +400 consultants and constantly growing.
