🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a dynamic team to:

Lead cost estimating and modeling for purchased parts, materials, and assemblies.
Build and refine should-cost models to guide sourcing and engineering decisions.
Identify cost reduction opportunities through data analysis and value engineering.
Reverse engineer parts, components, and assemblies to analyze construction, materials, and cost drivers.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
Support validation and qualification of new components.

Your insights will help Malibu Boats deliver quality and value, driving smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

💡 What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in cost analysis, reverse engineering, or value engineering.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with cost modeling tools (e.g., aPriori, Facton).
Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
