Sales Development Representative | Cold Caller - 18555688234

Position: Cold Caller

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 -  5:00 PM CST

Holidays: TBD

Pay Range: $900 - $1500 USD (Besides the monthly salary, this company also offers a performance bonus/commission for the hired talent. Commissions can range from $2,500 - $10k on average when the hired candidate closes a deal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make targeted lists of potential prospects
• Make cold calls & cold emails to potential prospects using provided scripts or guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our database
• Follow up on leads generated through cold calling to nurture relationships
• Adapt and refine calling strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of cold-calling experience
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Goal-oriented with a desire to meet or exceed targets
• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM is beneficial
• Google Suite (or Microsoft Office) proficiency
• Zoom Info experience
• Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
• Experience with automation in CRM is a plus
• Experience with any power dialers is beneficial too
• Private Equity background/experience is a plus.
