Assist with diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of pediatric and adolescent sports injuries.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promotes Pediatric Sports Medicine practice.
- Develops relationships with high school athletic trainers in St. Louis region, including participation in high school sporting coverage.
- Assists in coordinating outreach and education programs on pediatric and adolescent sports injuries including prevention programs.
- Develops teaching materials to support patients and their families with sports injuries.
- Assists Pediatric Sports Physician in the Operating Room.
- Assists in all aspects of the clinical care of pediatric and adolescent athletes ā including diagnosis, preoperative education, surgery, postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation.
