Junior Compensation Consultant- Bilingual.

• Development of corporate compensation consulting projects.
• Compensation competitiveness studies
• Compensation analysis and calculation (salary and benefits).
• Compensation policies and pay philosophy.
• Support in identifying opportunities.

What do you need to have?

• Industrial Engineer, Economics, Finance or Business Administrator.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in consultancy compensation positions and / or human talent consulting and Data analysis.
• Experience in evaluating and designing compensation plans or human talent consulting.
• Advanced Excel skills- Macros creation.
• Advanced English.
