Junior Compensation Consultant- Bilingual.

We will count on you to:
- Development of corporate compensation consulting projects.
- Compensation competitiveness studies
- Compensation analysis and calculation (salary and benefits).
- Compensation policies and pay philosophy.
- Support in identifying opportunities.
What do you need to have?
- Industrial Engineer, Economics, Finance or Business Administrator.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in consultancy compensation positions and / or human talent consulting and Data analysis.
- Experience in evaluating and designing compensation plans or human talent consulting.
- Advanced Excel skills- Macros creation.
- Advanced English.
