Performance Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lab Supervisor with training of new Lab Medical Assistant staff and re-train the existing staff as needed. 
  • Carry out routine inspection of laboratories stock of supplies and follow throughout CLIA Requirements. 
  •  Assist Lab Supervisor with up-keeping of all LabMA credential folders. 
  • Assist in the Main Laboratory daily routine as needed.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures.
  • Any additional related task or project as assigned by the lab manager or lab supervisor.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in clinical laboratory setting.
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills in oral and written communications.
