• Maintenance costs reduction, PdR consumption reduction, Outsourcing justification,…
• Integrity of dashboards and maintenance KPI
• Supports calls from operational maintainers for methods and tools
• Existence and periodical reviews of Maintenance Plans - Timely reports on performance and Action Plans evolution countering undesired trends
• Methods and practices evolving - Projects recommendation (Risks analysis, FMEA, Prioritization, MTP (Total Process Control),…)
• Animated Total Process Control (MTP) approach (corresponding to the MTP Quality coordinator, consolidation of resource requirements, MTP indicators, implementation of action plans, coherence of PM2 with the conclusions of the MTP workshops)
• Auto-diagnosis - Benchmark data (include process performance) - Mainstreaming Business continuity analysis and criticality of equipment
• Skills mapping updated - Training documents/supports - “one point lesson” on methods and tools
• Objectives of Key-user defined in job position of RUL/SI in case of RUL BMA role
