THIS IS A FULL-TIME OTHER PERSONAL SERVICES (OPS) POSITION***
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work.
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience.
Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of a valid Class E driver license.

JOB DUTIES:
The OPS Government Analyst II position is an administrative support role within the Bureau of General Services – Procurement Office’s Contract Administration Team, under the Division of Administration. This position plays a vital role in supporting contract-related activities and delivering high-quality customer service. The successful candidate will contribute to the integrity and efficiency of the department’s procurement and contract processes through documentation, coordination, and communication.
Contract Management and Administration: Review contracts for compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare, redact, and scan contract files into the Administrative Image Management System (AIMS) for publication on the department’s transparency website. Maintain and ensure that contract files and records are correct, complete, and are appropriately redacted prior to scanning into AIMS. Maintain active and inactive contract records in AIMS.
