We’re seeking an exceptional Advanced Analytics Chapter Area Lead (Executive Manager) to focus and drive strategic customer, product and credit risk analytics solutions within the Home Buying domain of Retail Banking Services. You’ll lead high-impact work focused on delivering robust Advanced Analytics capabilities, shaping the future of customer engagement, business intelligence, and innovation at scale. Your leadership will be crucial in helping Retail Banking Services domain achieve its customer priorities.

As a technical leader, you’ll lead a large team of analytics practitioners, supporting Crew Leads and Executive leaders to co-create the Advanced Analytics strategy in collaboration with top-tier data and product teams, and to execute solutions that matter the most aimed towards AI transition —across AWS, Teradata, BI Tooling (Power BI/Tableau) and Advanced Analytics platforms (H20 / SageMaker).

Your Impact

• Define and own the Advanced Analytics capability uplift roadmap at Chapter Area and the Chapter level, ensuring alignment at Practice level.

• Lead, manage and coach teams to uplift the overall outcomes on Advanced Analytics initiatives and capabilities across Home Buying in Retail Banking Services.

• Partner with Crew and/or COE leads to determine skillset and capability requirements and work with the Practice and/or talent acquisition to sustainably meet needs.

• Uplift value and efficiency of analytics outputs to support decisions and processes across the customer Home Buying journey by embedding scalable AI-enabled solutions and streamlining data workflows.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics.

• Lead the implementation of technologies, techniques and processes for capturing Advanced Analytics, business intelligence and AI, for customer communications, product analytics and credit risk strategies adjusting business processes both internally and cross-organisationally.

• Lead the development and implementation of practices and processes to ensure the security, quality, integrity, safety and availability of all forms of data and data structures.

• Develop and implement analytical models and tools to support data driven insights.

• Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to embed Advanced Analytics into key decision-making.

• Deliver outcomes at scale by leading collaborative Advanced Analytics projects that balance innovation with risk management and compliance.
