As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol - Armed in Nampa, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas based on site protocols, helping to maintain order within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active armed guard card or armed guard license as required by applicable state and/or local regulations.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
