Dishwasher - Part time - 4:30pm to 9pm

Overview

Responsibilities

Responsible for operating dish machine to ensure dishes and silverware are cleaned and sanitized, dried and put away in a timely manner.

Clean and sanitize pots and pans according to standard practice.

Works with the team of servers and cooks to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, storeroom, cold storage areas, hallways, and dock areas, completing cleaning checklists, as directed.

Handle trash and sweep and mop kitchen floor.

Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Tabitha, regardless of TEAMember preference. Performs tasks according to established time measures and standards.

Willingly takes on additional duties and/or assignments, assisting with projects and responding to requests as assigned or as necessary.

Qualifications

COMMUNICATION: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language including instructions and labels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Vision within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted ability to lift/push/pull up to 32 pounds. 

AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 16.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Six months of experience in sanitation work in health care or food preparation facility preferred.

CREDENTIALS: Prep/Cook Level Food Handler Permit required. Must meet Tabitha’s vaccination requirements.
