Staff Leadership Development Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Staff Leadership Development Specialist to design, deliver, and assess leadership development programs that support effective, people-first leadership principles across corporate and manufacturing operations throughout North America. This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of senior leaders, including C-suite executives, through tailored learning experiences, executive coaching, and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Development in Newark, California with a strong dotted line into the Learning and Development Manager at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The position is based at our Headquarters in Newark, California.

You Will:
- Design and implement leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals and executive priorities
- Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to assess leadership needs and deliver high-impact solutions
- Facilitate senior and executive-level leadership workshops
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to senior leaders, leveraging evidence-based coaching methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Stay current on leadership trends, adult learning theory, and executive development best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to curate and deliver best-in-class leadership content
- Support succession planning and high-potential talent development initiatives
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development (design and facilitation), with at least 3 years working directly with senior executives
- Certified Executive Coach
- Certifications in psychometric tools strongly desired: Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Energy Leadership, etc.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Skilled in organizing and establishing priorities
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Systems thinking with the ability to synthesize context and reduce complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, including cross-functional teams in multiple locations
