Overview
As an Event Marketeer within the Events & Partnership Marketing team, based in New York you will be reporting to Head of Corporate Bank Event Marketing in Germany with an additional reporting line locally. Your main role is executing regional flagship programs for the Corporate Bank as well as supporting other regions and businesses when needed. You will be building strong relationships with key partners, maintaining strong budget control, and becoming a trusted partner to the Business marketing teams. This position involves working closely with senior management and key clients. As a member of the team, you will work closely not only with your direct colleagues but also with senior management and the Business lines directly.

What You’ll Do
Lead client events in conjunction with Deutsche Bank’s business strategies
Lead important internal conferences partnering with internal colleagues in Marketing, Strategy, Communications and across all key product areas
Measure, track and report on key events in collaboration with the other teams
Manage budgets with tight control and report regularly into Marketing Business Manager
Provide support on a regional basis and act as a trusted partner to the Business and Chief Operating Officer (COO) communities
Work with strategic partners & other departments to identify and share business appropriate content for use on public and internal platforms across business areas
Skills You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree with at least Moderate of event execution experience bank, corporate events, marketing agency, trade shows, or sports marketing
A strong background and understanding of events and partnerships; understanding of event marketing within financial services is an advantage
Experience working in a matrix reporting environment, with a proven ability to work across and navigate with in a multi-dimensional organization. 25% travel
Proven track record in relationship-building, networking and influencing
Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) including registration sites

Ability to assess issues, evaluate the risk and suggest corrective actions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills challenges and remove obstacles,
Multi-task across multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Knowledge of US region from a business or execution perspective an advantage
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office 60% in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model 40%.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000.00 to $120,750.00 Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
