As a Customer Journey Expert Events and Relationship Marketing, you are responsible for retaining and attracting customers through events, meetups and sponsorship events. We organize more than 100 events and meetings every year with the aim of engaging, informing and surprising our customers. It is your job to develop this further. You do this by providing all customer groups within Private Banking with an interesting offer via a structured program. This translates into an exciting and impactful calendar that reaches as many unique customers as possible. In addition, you ensure that as many prospects as possible are reached in a smart way. You manage and support sales at local events from existing frameworks. In addition, you look for a connection with major events organized by ING Retail, such as the Streamers, Business Boost and Dutch football. Here you work together with Sponsoring and Events (ING Retail). You will work closely with 2 event managers who supervise the execution of major events and can support smaller meetups. Finally, you continuously evaluate all activities and try to continuously improve and sharpen based on evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Improving the NPS by organizing impactful meetings with our customers
• Maximizing contact with prospects
• Ensuring quality and uniformity of all our activities
• Identifies opportunities to initiate new events and activities to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Works closely with various teams to promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyzes data and measures the impact of events on customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensures seamless event execution from planning to evaluation.

• At least a completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizing and leading events and relationship marketing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, knows how to guide and motivate others
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written.
• Creative thinking, an eye for detail and an always analyzing journeys and experiences mindset.
• Proven entrepreneurship in the field of relationship marketing
