We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our Culinary team at Estancia Del Norte Hotel in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel recipes and standards

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
