Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $72,300.00 – $120,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details:

You will oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, inventory Control and outbound. You will provide direct leadership to up to 30 team members. You will ensure accurate receipt of product, order fulfillment and the optimization of resources and processes to provide customers with the products they need on time. You will manage processes to ensure compliance, implement improvements and promote programs that create an environment where team members are engaged and empowered. 

You will report to Mgr, Site Leader and this role is based in our  Anchorage, AK Market Distribution Center. The schedule is Monday through Friday working 8:00 a.m. until finished.  

 

You Will:

• Use production, safety, quality, cycle time, financial, and other important data to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and communicate issues to leadership team
• Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables (e.g. action items, process improvements) are completed by the commitment dateCreate a dynamic workplace that effects positive employee relationships by developing employee engagement and recognition programs and ensuring all employees are treated fairly, with respec
