Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy is a key member of the Pricing & Strategy team within Versant DPV (Digital Portfolio Ventures), supporting enterprise revenue strategy across Versant’s digital portfolio, including Golf and Fandango. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, model complex business decisions, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling capabilities with structured problem-solving and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support major strategic initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, pricing changes, and enterprise deals.
  • Support enterprise deal modeling and affiliate/partner pricing analysis to ensure financial rigor and revenue optimization.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Quantify financial impact and ROI of strategic initiatives to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level strategy decks and analytical materials to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct subscription and transactional revenue analyses, including acquisition, churn, retention, and lifetime value modeling.
  • Establish and maintain performance tracking frameworks to measure strategic initiative impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align financial insights with business objectives and operational execution.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives that enable fast, confident decision-making.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Decision Science, Management Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue strategy, FP&A, pricing, consulting, or a similar analytical role. A Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) may substitute for up to 1–2 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, DataBricks, or Looker, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex analytical problems and translate insights into business-impacting recommendations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office.  Travel may be required for this position for company or department meetings.
  • Travel:  Must be able to travel domestically for business meetings, trainings and team events as needed.
