You will oversee payroll and benefits operations spanning the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, where precision and compliance directly impact employee experience and legal risk. The position requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multi-jurisdictional payroll cycles at scale. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring seamless coordination between HR, Finance, and external vendors. This is a highly visible role where accuracy, responsiveness, and process rigor are essential. You will also contribute to onboarding and integration of newly acquired employees, shaping their first impression of the organization.
