The principal must ensure that resources and support are available for both students and staff, including robust support through the school counseling program. Maintaining open, clear communication is essential, and the principal must be willing to listen to feedback from teachers, students, and the community, setting aside time for regular meetings with staff to discuss concerns and collaborate on solutions.
