Impact of a Senior Director, Product Design

As Director of Product Design, you shape the creative vision and user desirability of our entire product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you lead all product design efforts and guide a team of talented designers to deliver intuitive, impactful experiences that empower our users.

You partner equally with Product Management and Engineering in our 3-in-a-box model, ensuring design is embedded in every step of the product journey. Through mentorship and problem-solving, you support your team in tackling complex challenges. You own our user research program and design system, and champion the adoption of design thinking across the product lifecycle.

Your deep experience in iterative interaction design for technical users informs every decision. You bring a strong understanding of the challenges facing modern software developers and use that insight to advocate for exceptional user experiences.
